How about Bryan Cranston as Professor Hugo Strange?
Bryan Cranston played as Hal "Malcom in the Middle" and Walter White "Breaking Bad".
Pesci and Devito are tied for perfect. Devito would be perfect if they gave him a blue coat, purple pants and a top hat, not a mutant penguinman. Hell, he could still pull it off just like Carrey could do a darker Riddler.

bill pullman, maybe 15 years ago.. and even then harvey has always been portrayed as a different type of person, very good looking (on his good side that is) but also very menacing with a touch of insanity.
pullman looks like the nice huy from next door
patrick stewart, again out of his age range, even with the big armor suit he would look awfull fighting off against bats.
altho he would be a 100 times.. no a thousand times better than arnold on that role
and last, gigi, while im sure shed do a good job acting wise, for harley quinn there needs to be that "spark".. careless charm.. humor.. psycothic humor.. its a little hard to put down into words.. but this girl doesnt really scream quinn for me.. she could play it but not look it.. if that makes any sense

but like i said before these a better choices than the ones hollywood goes for, the others are spot on!

No way, not mad at all, it's the best way to come up with the perfect candidate, people will always disagree tho, part of the fun!
